Terms of Service

Last updated: February 21, 2026

Agreement

By using StableDomains — whether via the API, an AI agent, a script, or any other client — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

StableDomains is a domain registration service. You pay via the micropayment protocol (USDC on Base) and we register domains through Porkbun with DNS hosted on AWS Route53. We support 10 TLDs: .com, .org, .net, .info, .biz, .xyz, .dev, .app, .io, and .ai.

Acceptable use

You must not use StableDomains to:

  • Register domains for the purpose of phishing, malware distribution, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
  • Engage in domain squatting, cybersquatting, or typosquatting with intent to sell or extort.
  • Violate ICANN registration policies or applicable domain registration regulations.
  • Impersonate another person, organization, or service through domain registration.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, the bonding curve, or payment requirements.

You are solely responsible for the domains you register and the content hosted on them.

Enforcement

We monitor registration patterns and may suspend or revoke domains registered in violation of these terms. We may also block wallet addresses from future registrations. Suspensions are at our sole discretion and are not subject to appeal.

Payments

All payments are made via the micropayment protocol in USDC on Base (EIP-155:8453). Payments are final and non-refundable. Registration and renewal prices vary by TLD. A bonding curve applies to registrations — price increases as daily slots fill (max 10 per day).

Domain ownership

Registered domains are tied to the purchasing wallet address. You can manage DNS records, renew, and transfer out via SIWX authentication. Domains are registered for one year and must be renewed before expiry. We will send renewal reminders but are not responsible for expired domains.

No warranty

StableDomains is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee domain availability, registration success, DNS propagation times, or uptime. Registration depends on upstream registrar availability and ICANN policies — neither of which we control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StableDomains and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction at issue.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
